• License Data: License keys and subscription status only — retained while your subscription is active

Genesis is a local-first platform. Your intellectual capital and all platform data (LISI, SIBA) resides entirely on YOUR devices and infrastructure:

• Mr. NeC has NO access to your platform data
• Your data never leaves your devices unless YOU choose to sync or share
• YOU control retention, backup, export, and deletion directly within the application
• When your subscription ends, your data remains on your devices — only license validation stops

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

11.2 Infrastructure & Third-Party Cookies

Cloudflare (our hosting provider) may set technical cookies for security purposes (e.g., bot protection, DDoS mitigation). These are infrastructure-level and not controlled by Mr. NeC.

Payment providers (Mollie, Stripe) may set cookies during checkout. These are subject to their respective privacy policies and only active during payment processing.

12. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 unless verifiable parental or legal guardian consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR Article 8).
